TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Participation in the SEE Impact Award 2025 is voluntary and no costs incurred by any party in relation to the development of a proposal for submission to the Skills for Employment Excellence and Impact (SEE Impact) Award 2025 shall be reimbursed by responsAbility Investments AG, SIFEM AG, or any of their third-party service providers.
2. Participation in the SEE Impact Award 2025 should not be regarded as a commitment or representation on the part of SIFEM or responsAbility Investments AG (or any other person) to enter into a contractual arrangement.
3. responsAbility Investments AG, SIFEM AG, and any of their third-party service providers will not be held liable for any damage—physical, monetary, reputational, or of any other nature—incurred by any party involved directly or indirectly with the SEE Impact Award 2025.
4. No party submitting a proposal for consideration can have any guarantee of winning any award prize and/or of receiving any of the benefits of the SEE Impact Award 2025. Applicants shall not assume that they will have the opportunity to revise their application following submission.
5. The organizer of the SEE Impact Award 2025 may change the terms of participation, nature and process of the SEE Impact Award 2025, and any other matter relating to the SEE Impact Award 2025 at any time without prior notice to any involved party.
6. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that violates the terms of participation or engages in any conduct that is deemed unethical or inappropriate by the organizer.
7. The organizer of the SEE Impact Award 2025 shall have the final word on any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and any other matter concerning the SEE Impact Award 2025.
8. By submitting a proposal, participants confirm that they hold the necessary rights to the intellectual property contained in their submission. Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property, but grant responsAbility Investments AG, SIFEM AG, and their third-party service providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted materials for the purposes of evaluating the proposals and administering the award.
9. All information that is disclosed by responsAbility Investments AG to potential applicants in connection with the SEE Impact Award 2025 should be treated as strictly confidential. Potential applicants shall ensure that no information disclosed to them by responsAbility Investments AG in connection with SEE Impact Award 2025 shall be disclosed to third parties without responsAbility Investments AG's express prior written consent.
10. In the event of you being awarded a contract following your participation in the SEE Impact Award 2025, the information provided in your application, and any attachments thereto, will form part of the contract and are therefore enforceable and binding. If during the application period responsAbility Investments AG corresponds with you, in order to clarify or alter part of the application, then this correspondence shall form part of any resulting contract, and you shall be deemed to have taken account of them in your submission.
11. By submitting a proposal to the SEE Impact Award 2025, I acknowledge and agree that my submitted information and personal data may be collected, processed, and stored with SIFEM AG, responsAbility Investments AG and their third-party service providers for the purposes of evaluation of submissions, managing entries, selecting winners, and administering prizes.
