About the Skill for Employment Excellence and
Impact (SEE Impact) Award 2025
The SEE Impact Award 2025 aims to support portfolio companies of funds and financial institutions in SIFEM’s portfolio to create scalable initiatives that improve workforce skills, employability, and raise employment quality, fostering sustainable economic growth and innovation in emerging markets.

Who Can Apply?
Find out if your company is eligible to apply!
Submissions are open to qualifying organisations that meet the following criteria:
- Underlying portfolio company of SIFEM’s fund and financial institution investment
- Your company must have been in operation for at least 3 years, on or before 15 May, 2025.
- Your proposal must align with the theme of improving skills, employability, and employment quality.
